Not only did they provide me with ironing facilities upon request, but they also kindly returned my forgotten earpods, a gesture that truly impressed me. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, despite the proximity to the airport. The attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the cozy heating, truly made me feel at home.
